How to Enable Auto refresh / change detection

Hello Team,

I am using power bi desktop. I am getting data tables from MySQL server.

I wish to auto refresh my dashbord page within time limit or whenever data added in mysql tables, it has to be updated automatically.

I seen in my Modelling-> change detection is disabled also, refresh option also not available (refer screenshot).

If I am clicking referesh button manually, It is updating with latest result.

May I know, How to enable auto refresh or change detection?

or any other option available?

Thanks for the input.

I have tried by publishing it in power bi service where I can get schduled refresh option (we need to install on premises gateway to connect mysql directly to power bi reports) . It seems workable as a alternate way.

Change detection feature is included in the Automatic page refresh feature for DirectQuery data sources. It doesn't support Import mode. So you will find it disabled when all tables are in Import mode. You can find more introductions and considerations about this feature from Automatic page refresh in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs 

For tables in Import mode, currently it doesn't support automatic refresh in Power BI Desktop. There is an idea regarding this requirement, you can vote it up at Microsoft Idea (powerbi.com)
