How to Create to Link to Calendar When Data Is Given By Year and Month Columns

Hello.  I am at a losss how to create a date for the below to link to my calendar.  The columns provided are Fiscal Year, Month 1 balance, month 2 balance ....

Unpivot the month columns, remove the text "Month", and create the custom column below:

#date([Year], [Month], 1)
