How to Add A line above the Subtotal\Total Line in a Matrix

Hi,

I have created a Profit and loss statement using a Matrix visual and want to add a line before Subtotals\Grand total rows. is there any option that I can use. I could not find anything in Format section.

Thank you very much for your reply. The solution helps to achieve what I am seeking. However; it is some how complicated and requires excel intervene. I was hoping to find a way to resolved this using power Bi capabilities.  thank you for your hepl though
