I need to create a table but, it is inserting some blank rows as the screenshot shown, I did use this code to built the new table, can someone adivice about to remove those garabage rows

Based on my test, you can refer to below steps:
1.I have entered some sample data to test for your problem like the picture below.

2.Create a new table and you can see the correct result.
Without First Row = CALCULATETABLE('Table1',FILTER('Table1','Table1'[Column1]<>BLANK()))
You can also download the PBIX file to have a view.
