How many products got sale more than 50 percentage for selected years??

Hi Everyone , 

Here i want to show the percentage sales of the products based on  how much percentage  it got saled.

if i keep the measure in slicer it is not filtering properly. can any one know this??? below is my screenshot and problem.

Here  i am using the formula for Percentage change for selected  years is : please find the link below:

Maybe you can try to use following measure if it suitable for your requirement:

Measure = 
VAR temp =
    SUMMARIZECOLUMNS (
        'date table'[year],
        pegawai[nama],
        "Measure", [% diff(Years)]
    )
RETURN
    DIVIDE ( COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( temp, [Measure] < 1 ) ), COUNTROWS ( temp ) )

Measure is working but It is showing error when we insert measure in visual.
Measure error it is looks like table measure.
