How many Tab per PBI is optimal ?

Hi Paul,

I'd say it's not so much about how many tabs/pages, but more about what you are doing on each page.  You could have 10 pages with a single card viz on each using very simple measures on a small data set.  Or you could have 5 pages with multiple visualizations using complex DAX calculations on a huge dataset.

The 5 page report will probably be slower to respond than the 10 page report.  It depends on what you are doing in the reports.

It'll be a case of plan to only do what you need to do, in the most efficient manner, and minimize things you don't need.

The minimum that you need to convey your messages clearly?  It depends on what data you have/what you are tryinng to present.

May be my question not so clear. What I mean is I tend to develop many tab for my develop purpose, which I hidden the tab. For user the only can view 8 Tab. In case I have create too many tab, till how many PBI will start to slow down?
