How does pbix stores account and accountKey if it is connected to Azure Table

Hi!

I am trying to change the connected Azure Table account of PowerBI report programmatically. As no REST API is avaiable, I want to hack the pbix file to change the (account, accountkey) pair. I unziped the pbix file, and I am guessing that the file named "SecurityBindings" contains the accountKey or something like, but it's binary and unreadable. I want to figure out its format.

Can anyone help me? Thanks!

@v-yuta-msft,

Well, your advice is a manual way, but my ultimate purpose is to programmatically change Azure Table account.

Thank you anyway!

Hi wei_stupid ,

I'm afraid it's impossible because the binary code is encrypted. You should click Edit Queries-> Data source settings to change the credential of your data source.
