Hi, I have a column of nulls, but the replace values feature replaces all values that have a null. Is there a way to just replace one of those nulls?

We will have to write an IF function in a spare column to do that. The condition in the IF function will have to be something unique to identify that specific null value.
Yes, as @Ashish_Mathur said, you should narrow down only that NULL using a unique value in that particular record of the column with NULL. Then using an If..else you should be able to replace only that NULL in the column
