How do you move a report page up?

I'm newer to Power BI and I have to be missing something but my searches haven't found any answers. I have a few months old report where the canvas area of the page appears vertically centered in the window. But newer reports that I'm creating now have it moved to the top, even though I don't recall changing any settings. I prefer the top position but I can't figure out how to move the canvas of old reports up. I see a Global option to "Align the page to the top of the wallpaper" but it doesn't seem to do anything. Can someone tell where the configuration is for this?
