How do you change the display of a matrix based on a selected radio button?

I have a matrix which displays dates daily and I want the user to be able to select an option from the radio button which would then amend the dates so that it can show, daily, weekly or monthly, depending on what has been selected.

Note: I know how to create it using bookmarks but i'm trying to find another way round without using them.

Any help will be appreciated.

@mdbuzzer , if this means you have to change a measure then you can use measure slicer

if you need to change row/column, then you have use bookmark and button
