How do we create a chart with decreasing Y axis and increasing X axis?

Hi,

I am a newbie to Power Bi and one of the most important tasks that I have is to represent a survey, which should have a decreasing Y axis and increasing X axis values.

I have tried to get this done and looked up a lot of literature, but nothing seems to help.

Can someone please help me ?

Hi @damanpradhan ,

Did you mean Clustered bar chart? If it doesn't meet your requirement, kindly share your sample data and excepted result to me. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.

Also please find the pbix for your reference.

Hi @v-frfei-msft  ,

What you have shown is pretty close to what I need, but my requirement is for a line chart to represent the same.
So essentially, my Y would range from something like 5000, 4000, 3000, 2000, 1000 and then 0, while the X would range from 0,100, 200, 300, 400, 500.
Where in other charts, (X,Y) would  normally start from (0, 0), I need my (X, Y) to be (0,5000).

Apologies as I am not being able to load a sample image for some reason, but I hope you get the idea.

Hi @damanpradhan ,

Based on my test, it is not possible to meet your requirement currently. You can come up a new idea about that and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
