How do i get Day of the Week

Hi 

How do i get Day of the Week to appear?

Eg Monday = 1, Tuesday = 2, Wednesday = 3, Thursday = 4, Friday = 5, Sat = 6 and Sun = 7

I am trying the below formula but it is not working
