How do a I check if a phone has call in the last 24 hours since the last interaction?

Hi Team, 

 

I'm trying to calculate a First Time Resolution formula that checks if a phone number has called in the last 24 hours and resets the timeframe every 24 hours. 

This is the result I want to recreate.This is the result I want to recreate.

I will appriciate some help.

I'm trying to recreate the column call Next SLA.

If I understand your requirement correctly that you want to create the column Next SLA.

If so, I'm a little confused about your logic to calculate the Next SLA.

If it is convenient, could you share your data sample as table format and describe your logic in more details so that we could give further advice on it?
