How do I use the slicer function to subtract a value?

Hello

I need help subtracting a value form SUM of ordered Kg's using the slicer.

The idea is to adjust the Kg's that get harvested and compare the value with SUM of ordered Kg's.

My datset is linked to SQL and the harvested kg's are not available from the database.

I created another table in Power BI and like to use it to store harvested kg's.

I'm new to Power Bi so I'm a little lost with this task. I hope someone can help me out with this.

Thank you in advance!

Hi, @cocoloco79

It’s my pleasure to answer for you.

According to your description,I think you can create a custom parameter then create a measure to display the desired result.

Like this:

Measure = SUM(Query1[Ordered KG])-[Parameter Value]

If it doesn’t solve your problem, please feel free to ask me.
