How do I send smile and frown without email account

I'd like to know if there is a way to send a smile/frown without having email software on the computer that has BI Desktop installed?

I've sent feedback from machines that don't have internet access by clicking on the smile/frown, then copying the message that gets generated to another machine where I can then send it. It is a bit of a hassle, but at least gives an option if you need to send the feedback to someone to troubleshoot.
