How do I get two tables with date columns to share an axis when the table already has a relationship

I have two tables that have a relationship with a traditional primary key. They also each have a column with event dates. The dates aren't directly related, but everything I have read has said that if you want to graph something like that on the same axis, you have to make a relationship between them, which I can't do because of the existing relationship.

How are you supposed to do this?

@maiios there are many ways to handle it, As a best practice, add date dimension in your model and use it for and time intelligence calculations. Once the date dimension is added, mark it as a date table on table tools.

You can have more than one relationship between tables, only one relation can be active (solid line) and others will inactive relationship (dotted line). In the measures, you can use inactive relationship by DAX function called USERELATIONSHIP
