How do I enable people from other organisations to see my report?

Hi I am somewhat new to Power Bi.

I need to make another person able to see my PowerBI report, but when ever I add him it says that he is in another oragnisation or that his e-mail is a duplicate.

I have tried to send a link to him, but he cannot login on the link.

When I previously have added people from other organisations to a report they was transfered to a page that asked if they wanted to try Power BI for 60 days for free and when they accepeted they could see the report. But it seems like this person already have a Microsoft license which means that he is transfered to a diffrent page than the other people were.

  

Is their some place where I can change something so he can see the report?

I think that to share your work you need to have a PowerBi PRO version. So it's the sharer that has to have the licensed power bi.
