How do I drill down on a matrix grand total?

I have a matrix and on every single number except for the grand total number I am able to right click and click "See records." How do I get this option available to the grand total as well? It's important to be able to see the underlying records for different slices. Thanks.

Hmm, perhaps I am not understanding what you are looking for but when I right-click on a matrix in the grand total, I see options for See Records and Show Data.

Attached is what I'm talking about. See how when I right click on the $19,244 it gives me the option of "seeing records." But when I right click on the 144,403 it doesn't give me that option. the "Show data" merely repeats what I can already see.
