How do I create a navigation pane in a report?

Hi everyone,

 

Everytime I watch these awesome monthly Power BI Update videos on YouTube, I am memorized by the cool naviagtion pane on the left (see pic below). How do I get this? Are they all indivitual buttons that I have to make for each page or is there an easier way?

Looks like individual buttons using bookmarks to navigate through different pages. 

 

Easier way : Create these buttons on one page and then keep duplicating pages for the number of pages you want to create..
