How do I calculate averages excluding with null or blanks?

I need to calculate the average consumption data between groups but need to exclude accounts which don't have data, what formula should i use to exclude accounts with blank or nulls

Just use AVERAGE(). It counts rows with zero, but not blanks. See the documentation on this in the Remarks section.
