How can i visualize this chart with this database ? is it possible ?

Hey guys i am new into PowerBi and want to visualize this Charts with arrows (comparison to Previous year).

Hi,

 

You are going to use a DAX function called UNICHAR combined with an IF or SWITCH statement to build the logic of growth or decline against the previous year. Please see a comprehensive list of Unicode symbols here https://www.vertex42.com/ExcelTips/unicode-symbols.html.
