How can i reduce the space around a doughnut graph

Hello, I am creating some concentric doughnut charts to create a multi-layer graphic.  The graphic has a lot of extra space around it so I cannot get it close to the edge of the canvas.  Is there a way to have the frame of the graphic tighter to the circle?  Also, what is the best way to click on the multiple layer to adjust the inner circles?  I've already turned on the modern header.

Thanks so much for the response.  I did try both of those settings and while it changes the overall size, there is still a lot of extra space between the actual graphic and the box that frames it.
