How can add group of dimensions into one folder

Hi Team ,

 

How can i add group of dimensions into one folder for example below 

 

  • Country 
  • state ,
  • city
  • region 

 

i need to put all the above dimension into one folder like Geo

Hi @kanth32,

 

If you mean those four dimensions are fields, you can create a new table and set it's home table as this new table. For more information, please refer to this article: How to Define A Measure Table in Power BI Desktop.

 

If you mean those are four tables, you can open Query Editor, select any query, then right click to check Move To Group->New Group, create a new group. Then check other query, add to this group.

If you mean a hierarchy in the Fields to support drill down in visualisations, you can just drag the fields on top of each other then rename and reorder as needed.  See the video attached to this post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-drill-down-in-a-visualization/
