I am creating one trend graph but unable to create axis where I can show Months and Year on a single axis in bar chart. I tried by switching off concatenation but that's not making any difference.

Couple ways. If they are two different columns, use CONCATENATE to mash them together in a new column and use that as the axis. The other way is to drag Month and Year into your Axis and use the branching arrow drill down.

To change the default sort manner from alphabetical to numerical, you can add a custom Sort column (values 1, 2, 3 etc.) in Query Editor, and change the default sort column (itself) to Sort Column under "Sort by column". For details, please refer to KGrice's reply in this link: Sort by another column error

But in that case how can I sort the chart as Logically (Jan-17, Feb-17..) as when I am trying this approch it's sorting (April, Aug,Dec,Feb) in alphabetical manner.
