How can I merge two matrix table with different measure value but same data for "Row"?

hello,

I have two matrix table.  They have the same data for the row but have different measures in the values. Is there a way to join these table on the Viz(report)?

 

Table 1 Table 2
 ActualBudget  Variance
USA10050 USA50
Germany100100 Germany0
Canada100100 Canada0

 

Final table
 ActualBudgetVariance
USA1005050
Germany1001000
Canada1001000

@Anonymous best practice is to create a dimension table with countries and have a relationship with these two tables and then everything should be straight forward.

@Anonymous , Nor very clear. You can create a common country dimension and them against it

 

country = distinct(union(all(Table1[country]),all(Table1[country])))
