How can I identify if the emails are misspelled?

I have a database which I want to identify which emails are well written and which are not (*-*.*)

I tried adding a conditional column but it doesn't work, how could I get the data?

Now I see that I have changed the column from date to text indicating "Microsoft.OleDb.Date"

How can I get the date again?
