How can I do a countifs as a measure in Power BI

I want to COUNTIFS( Days Outstanding is >= 0 and Days Outstanding is <=5) 

is there a way I can do that using a measure

@ligalbert  Here is my solution.. try this..

Outstanding Days = CALCULATE(COUNT('DataTable'[Days]), FILTER('DataTable', 'DataTable'[Days] >=1 && 'DataTable'[Days] <=8))
