These are book marks with page navigation created as below.

Yes these are books marks. 

Just Create Book Marks and link respective pages with button Action and then Hide all other pages

When you publish you can see only current page and based on click on the index or item  name that page will be visible

You can create Bookmarks in Desktop version and you need to click buttons with CTRL +CLick. however you can see hidden pages as well in desktop but once you upload to Service including you users will not see the hidden pages and book mark bttons tobe clicked
