How can I create a P&L with figures to the left and to the right of categories

Hi!

I am wondering if it is possible to get a P&L in Power BI with the following structure:

Figures ----- Categories ----- Figures

Please, see image above for better understanding!

Allow grouping rows of categories is also needed

No, all of them use same format with description on the left not in the middle.
