How can I add text instead of BLANK on card until filter selected

I have a card visual where the name of the filtered selection shows on the card when selected. By default the FIRST Name (alpha) shows up when nothing is selected. I was able to use the following so it shows (Blank) until something is selected in filter.

However, I'd rather it not say BLANK, can it say "Select Account" or something else? (Blank) looks out of place.

Here is what I used so I could get BLANK (and not the first account name as it was giving me) FYI-CodeCity2 is the name of my slicer

NameSelectCheck = IF (
ISFILTERED ( ABF[Codecity2] ) && HASONEVALUE ( ABF[Codecity2] ),
LASTNONBLANK ( ABF[Account Name], "" ),
BLANK ()
)

How about:

NameSelectCheck = IF (
ISFILTERED ( ABF[Codecity2] ) && HASONEVALUE ( ABF[Codecity2] ),
LASTNONBLANK ( ABF[Account Name]),
"Select Account"
)
