How can I add multiple if statements based on the month of a date

I have a database with Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 results

I need a formula to do something like this

If month <=3 Then use  this formula - if (ISNUMBER([21 Rev USD_Q4]) && ISNUMBER([22 Rev USD_Q1]) , [21 Rev USD_Q4]+[22 Rev USD_Q1],BLANK()))

if month >3 & <12 Then use this formula - if (ISNUMBER([22 Rev USD_Q2]) && ISNUMBER([22 Rev USD_Q3]) , [22 Rev USD_Q2]+[22 Rev USD_Q3],BLANK()))

else

if (ISNUMBER([22 Rev USD_Q1]) && ISNUMBER([22 Rev USD_Q2]) , [22 Rev USD_Q1]+[22 Rev USD_Q2],BLANK()))
