Last year/last year full should work for your need

last Year Sales full = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(ENDOYEAR(dateadd('Date'[Date Filer],-1,year))))
last to Last Year Sales full = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(ENDOYEAR(dateadd('Date'[Date Filer],-1,year))))

Last Year = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Date'[Date Filer]))
Last to last Year = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(DATEADD('Date'[Date Filer],-1,year)))
