How Do I Create the Included Chart

Is it possible to create similar chart using column data formated below. I'd like to chart the average time in mm:ss from values that are provided in whole number minutes. The table is an example of what Query looks like. 

Evente Type (Column Header)	Event Clear Time (Column Header as a whole number in minutes)
stalled vehicle (this has mulitple entries)	1
stalled vehicle	44
stalled vehicle	11
accident (this has mulitple entries)	38
accident	8
accident	6
stalled vehicle	21
accident	14
accident	10
accident	3

I'm very new to Power BI so I need to define my expectations more but any help would be greatly appreciated.
