Hello,
I need to make an overview of hours worked per week per department. The difficulty is that employees can switch between departments from time to time (intra-company job changes). I have a table that shows all employees with their associated department and the date they started there.
For each job change, a new record is created. So if an employee has had 3 different jobs within the company, that employee has 3 records with each a starting date at that department. If I made an overview of the last two years, I want John's hours displayed at three different departments, depending on the week displayed.
Employee name | Department | Starting date |
John Doe | Dept A | 2018-oct-10 |
John Doe | Dept B | 2019-mar-5 |
John Doe | Dept C | 2019-dec-1 |
Thanks in advance!!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Is this problem solved?

Hello Mariusz,
Thanks for your solution. It's not quite what I expected, but I can convert the "days worked in" to "hours worked in" easily.
