Hosts to IP address mapping and Vice Versa

Hi All,

Can someone help me achieve the below results. I have a table with Hosts and  their associated IP addresses.

 

I am looking to achieve the outputs, any ideas please?

Hi @Pinky0404,

Take "Output 1" as an example, please create a calculated table as below. 

Hosts_1 =
SUMMARIZE ( Hosts, Hosts[Hosts], "IP", CONCATENATEX ( Hosts, Hosts[IP], "  " ) )

Then, use a table visual to display above data. Turn on the "Word wrap" option and reduce the width of [IP] column.
