Hoe do I export a Power BI template from Charticulator?

Hello Everyone,

I created a chart in Charticulator. Now I am trying to export it from Power BI. I get the following errror message:

"Your administrator has restricted downloads, so you will need to get in touch with them to complete this action."

I am not an admin however I tried the same thing on another account which is a trial account but the person is an admin on it. I got the same error. Does anyone know how to solve this? Is there any way to simply find the location url of the template file and manually export it.

This is still unsolved. It's not a solution to permanently create the charts online - it's not only a extra work to always go back and forth, but it is also critical if you don't have a template file and you only have the file left within a pbix file. So what's the solution here?

I've just discovered that the workaround (if you do are not granted export prividledges by your admin) is to build the custom visual directly on the charticulate website and then export the template file!
