Ho w to stop Power bi reports in Different Environments

Hi Folks, we have Environments in power bi, in one of envionment we have nealy 30 to 40 reprts, i would like to stop 20 reports out of 40, Right now am stoping reports through manually but i need to stop the report automatically when it's not needed to run in power bi.

Hi @Narayana7481 ,

Do these reports exist in different workspaces? Do you want to delete them in bulk? If so, I didn't find a suitable way to delete them in bulk based on my research. You can only delete them by manual. In addition, you can use the REST API or Powershell to delete them one by one as shown in the links below.

How to mass delete old datasets

Datasets - Delete Dataset  (REST API)

Remove-PBIDataSet  (Powershell)
