Historgram with measure, changing by year

Dear all,

I have created a matrix-table as a visualization, that shows a Customer-ID in the rows and a measure that changes over time as the value.

The measure can take 5 different values, based on some parameters (0%, 2% 3%, 5%, 6%). 

I would like to show a histogram, that shows the distribution of customers over this measure. 

I created an example in excel below, without the 0% bucket, but I would like to have this directly in power bi and so, that the histogram changes if I adjust the filter for the year and if I adjust any of the parameters, so e.g. if I change the 6% bucket to a 20% bucket.
