Histogram - How to display user defined bins in an order?

Hi,

With the help of "power bi community" I have created the user defined bin sizes. But the bins are not dinplayed in an order (see the chart below). Can anyone help me in fixing this problem?

Birthweight groups.PNG

I have used the following measure:

Range = var temp= SUM(Enrolment[Birth Weight]) return
if(temp<=1000,"Below 1000",if(AND(temp>1000,temp<=1500),"1000 to 1500",if(AND(temp>1500,temp<=2500),"1500 to 2500","Above 2500")))

Then inserted the following column:

Birth_Weight_Group = CALCULATE(Enrolment[Range])

Also how to show the percentages of "Deaths" here in stacked column chart? ("Total Babies" & "Deaths" are measures)

Thanks in advance.

@rajudoc,

You need to create a new table by enter data.

Then create relationship between new created table and original table by Range colun.

Then using Range column in new created table in your x-axis visual. Change the order by Order column.

Thanks Charlie Liao for your response.

I tried as per your direction but it's not working. "Range" is a measure and not a column and hence not able to create relationship between the two tables.Smiley Sad

@rajudoc,

So could you create a Range calculated column?

Hi

I am not getting it. Could you guide me how to do it?

Thanks,
