Highlighting option is not showing when we use slicer at Edit interactions

Hi Everyone ,

 

Is there possible for showing highlighting option when we choose slicer in edit interaction.

 

Here is my requirement.

So the custom visual enlighten slicer lets you use highlight.

I'm afraid we can't do that. That would change the way how a slicer works.

@avulasandeep,

I get that you need to highlight the data when you make selections to the slicers and not filter the data. 

 

But it is not possible. The Basic functionality of your slicer is as the name says to slice your data. So it will always filter your data and hence you cannot cross highlight using slicers

 

Alternatively, you can use tables or some other meaningful visuals to do the same
