Hi there,
I am trying to highlight the area of region or city on the map instead of showing a circle on the map. Is there any advice of doing that in Power BI?
Solved! Go to Solution.
You cannot draw arbitrary lines using default Power BI maps, if you want to highlight things like countries, states or postal codes, then you can use a Filled Map. There are custom visuals that allow you to load your own polygons (or you can try to use the Shape Map) but that's about it

@amitchandak , Sorry I meant draw boundary lines, not highlighting the area. Is there any way of doing that?
