Highlight (or Star) specific Lat and Long item

I would like to emphasize three locations within a map and add an identifier to all three. For example, I would like to use a star or the logo of the company. Is this possible with Power BI?

AFAIK, it is not possible. You could submit your request at Power BI Ideas and vote it up. 

By the way, is it acceptable to user a slicer, when you select the location in the slicer, the map visual will automatically zoom-in.
