I am trying to see if it is possible, and if so, how to highlight all the dates that are the same.
I have a matrix, which the values are dates.
I am trying to color all of the dates which are the same with the same background color.
This would be dynamic as over time, these dates will change and there may be 5 or 6 different dates throughout the report.
The data looks like this.
Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Currently there's no built-in feature which can achieve the requirement very well. As a workaround, you need to create three calculate columns([Rule 1], [Rule 2], [Rule 13A]) manually and then click conditional formatting-> select each column-> in background section, select field value and apply the three rules above.
The result will be as below:
