Hierarchy - remove duplicates

Hi

i am not sure if this can be done , but imagine we have this

group	manager	line manager	line manager +2
group1	John Doe	peter griffin	Moe Szyslak
group2	bart simpson	John Doe	peter griffin
group 3	morty	peter griffin	Moe Szyslak
group 4	marge	peter griffin	Moe Szyslak
group 5	maggie	morty	peter griffin
group 6	lisa	marge	peter griffin

is there any way that if we search for all groups depending of peter griffin, i don´t have his name two times, just one with all people under him and a plus with people depending of others hanging from peter?

i am not sure how to attach a pbix file in case i can
