Hierarchy for only selected country

Is it possible to create a matrix/Table visual like this. initial View has only   business unit like ANZ , INDIA , MENAT, JAPAN , KOREA , SEA , etc . There are few other countries getting report under MENAT ( + Sign in the image ) , where user expands the + sign , it should show all the business unit as well as business unit under MENAT , Thanks in advance

Power BI hierarchies are a useful structure for drill-down and data exploration in reports. To my knowledge, your requirement ——Build hierarchy for a specific value not a field/column could not be realized currently.
