Hierarchy Roll up Color

Hi members,

Need help with the following issue I am facing.

I am working with Hierarchies and looking for a way to display failed color at L1 hierarchy level when there is a failure at the lower level.

Attaching an example with PBIX file for reference

(Link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1fMyuuCuvW3Ov1nU5R8qls7nJNZvrahLg)

In this example in first level East is showing Red (as expected as it is failing), while West in showing Green.

But on drilling down at Level 4 there is one site in West that is failing.

Result I want to show (West).

Level 1: West - Red

Level 2: West - West D - Green, West H - Green, West W - Red

Level 3: West W LA - Red, all other West green

Level 4: As is

Please help
