Hierarchy Custom slicer not working after April 2019nPBI u[dates?

Hi,

I just downloaded the new April 2019 PBI update and when I launched a PBI report, the custom hierarchy slicers (I donwloaded from th marketplace) are no longer working? "No longer supported"?

Any advice on what the issue is>

Thank you! Appreciate your quick response.. Not sure what happened here, when I restarted PBI the issue went away.. P.S. I also tried to re-download from the market place and had issues there as well. (now it is working).
