Hierachy slicer sync

Hi

When I sync a hierachy slicer and make it visible on page 2 and then afterwards change my selection on one of the pages, this is not vissible on the other page.

Anybody have an idea?

@Dennis_Pedersen are you sure you using the same date field?  what you have there is customer is that the date?

Hi again

Yes it is same hierachy YMD (Year-Month-Day). Because at first I created it on the page Overview and afterwards synced this hierachy slicer to the page Customer.

But in some way there is a sync because when change the month on the page Overview a matrix on the page Customer gets affected. But the hierchy slicer should also change, what is wrong?

Hi @Dennis_Pedersen 

You can not sync hierarchy slicers in old versions.

Please check below link and make sure you have updated version.

thanks it is affecting the matrix on the other page. But the hierachy slicer on the other page is not changing in accordance my changed selection from page 1 which is unfortunate.

But it seems there is nothing to do about.
