By hiding unwanted columns can we improve the performace ?

@BishwaR , Hiding will not improve performance. It will just show a clean picture. Deleting then will do. Delete them in transform Data/ edit query mode.

If you don't need columns, you should remove them in the query editor. That will reduce your file size, data refresh time, and, depending on what DAX measures you right, potentially improve performance.
