Hide filter based on value in other columns

I have a table visual with few records in it. I also have a slicer which displays some list of values.

My requirement is that, by default, the slicer should not be visible to the users. It should only appear when the user selects or clicks on one of the record in the table. How can I achieve this?

@ShrutiJ , I doubt that is possible. You can hide/ show using bookmark. I doubt that can work in this case
